200 Retro Replica Wishbone Frame
Exact Replica of the original style frame only updated to accepts flat side gas tanks. Frame has many options for the look you want! Frame will hold a Evolution Panhead or Shovelhead engine with 4-speed or 5-speed transmission. Accepts all Big Twin engines 200 series rear tires with a chain drive. Will also fit 5-speed transmission. Knuckle or Flathead engines can be installed with use of additional front engine mount spacer. Frame has 1987-1999 type caliper bracket weld in place. Replica Wishbone Rigid Frame
51-1948

This Replica frame will hold a Panhead or Shovelhead engine with a 4-speed transmission.
The Wishbone frame has a 30ｰ rake, +2" raised neck and accepts a 200mm rear tire. This rigid frame is made with forgings and has the look you want. Forgings make the frame much stronger than tubes. This frame will accept rear axle rigid style, 3/4" axle plate collars, stock style plunger seat post, transmission mount plate, inner primary cover flange spacers and extended sprocket shaft and nut set which must be ordered separately. Frame will accept an Evolution engine with a 5-speed transmission when ordering a rear engine mount adapter, separately. A Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is available upon request. Frame is an exact Replica of the original style only it is updated to accept flat side tanks, all Big Twin engines, and rear tires 200-240 series with chain or belt, 4 or 5 speed transmission giving you many options. Tech Note:

When using a chain drive with a 230 tire, the use of #17-085 9, a 1" offset plate and a #19-0105 sprocket is required.
When using a belt or chain drive with a 200 tire, the use of #17-0860, a 3/4" offset plate and a #19-0104 sprocket is required.
When using a Shovelhead, Evolution, or Twin Cam engine, it is required to use a #42-0617 tin inner primary.
When using with a TC-88 engine order #51-0625 rear frame mount adapter plate
In some instances it may be necessary to ream or file holes slightly in order to assemble parts onto the frame.
Use #31-0475 Front Engine Mount Spacer to accept 1936-1947 Knucklehead or Flathead engines in 1948-up frames.
When using the #42-0617 tin inner primary, the use of #19-05 70 is needed if using a #17-0859 transmission plate 1" offse t and a #19-0105 sprocket.
